- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/4 cup olive oil

Marination (Overnight):

1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of Granddaddy's Secret Sauce, 1/2 cup of Granddaddy's Secret Sauce (set aside for basting), soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, and olive oil.

2. Place beef ribs in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the 1 cup of marinating mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.

Cooking Instructions (Slow Cook on Low):

1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

2. Remove the marinated beef ribs from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

3. Place the ribs in a roasting pan or on a rack set in a baking dish.

4. Slow cook the ribs in the preheated oven for the first 4 hours.

5. After the initial slow-cooking phase, use the set-aside 1/2 cup of Granddaddy's Secret Sauce to baste the ribs. Cover them with aluminum foil.

6. Continue cooking for an additional 2 hours at 250°F (120°C).

Transition to Higher Temperature:

1. Increase the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C).

2. Uncover the ribs, baste with the remaining sauce, and cook for the remaining 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Final Steps:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Transfer the ribs to the grill and brush them generously with Granddaddy's Secret Sauce.

3. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the ribs develop a delicious char and are fully glazed.
